Credit Crunch friendly prices from Zoom 09

It’s only 2 weeks until Zoom 09 festival begins. The opening night of this year’s festival will feature the newest Disney’s family comedy "Beverly Hills Chihuahua". Tickets are a credit crunch busting £1 per person to the screening at the Muni Arts Centre, Pontypridd on January 20th.

The festival is an opportunity to showcase local talent, budding film makers and celebrate the talented young people that live in South Wales. The festival screenings and workshops will take place between January 20th and 23rd at five different venues across South Wales; Muni Arts Centre, Pontypridd; Blackwood Miners Institute, Blackwood; Merthyr College, Merthyr Tydfil; Beaufort Theatre, Ebbw Vale; and Congress Theatre, Cwmbran. Children’s tickets cost £1 per film or £1 per workshop, teenager’s tickets are £1 per film or £1 per workshop and adult’s tickets this year (you guessed it…) cost only £1.

Lisa Davies, Director of Zoom says "We are thrilled that Zoom is able to offer affordable and educational events at the festival for local children and their families. It is vital there are organisations like Zoom dedicated to nurturing the budding new talent out there and we look forward to showcasing as many films as we can at this years festival".
